Sa zadovoljstvom najavljujemo simpozij “ Tri decenije tranzicije i uspostavljanje režima prava konkurencije na Balkanu ” koji organizira Univerzitet u Sarajevu – Pravni fakultet u saradnji s Antitrust Bulletin-om, a koji je predviđen 9. juna 2025.
Ovaj važan događaj prilika je za refleksiju o dosadašnjim dostignućima, izazovima i perspektivama razvoja prava konkurencije u regiji i šire. Simpozij će okupiti istaknute akademske stručnjake, predstavnike regulatornih tijela, sudije, advokate i privrednike kako bi razmijenili iskustva i diskutovali o ključnim pitanjima koja oblikuju konkurencijsko pravo i politiku.
Događaj će biti održan u online formatu, a detaljan program i informacije o registraciji bit će objavljeni uskoro.

We are pleased to announce the symposium “Three Decades of Transition and the Establishment of Competition Law Regimes in the Balkan Countries” organized by the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Law, in collaboration with the Antitrust Bulletin.
The symposium will take place online on June 9, 2025.
This event presents an unique opportunity for a comprehensive examination of the evolution, challenges, and future directions of competition law in the region and beyond. It will bring together distinguished academics, representatives of regulatory authorities, members of the judiciary, legal practitioners, and industry experts for an exchange of insights and critical discussion on the key issues shaping competition law and policy.
